Enable your Users to Work from Home
Amidst the calamity of COVID-19, together with ISL Online we are offering our customers, organisations, businesses and individuals a free service for 3 months (for up to 100 concurrent sessions) to enable you and your teams to securely access your office computers from home – to connect and collaborate remotely in total safety, without any commitment and without VPN.
ISL Online allows you to easily route Microsoft RDP or SSH sessions through a secure tunnel, and connect to unattended computers running in the remote network without using a VPN or making any firewall changes. The best thing is, you can set this up in minutes.
How easy is it for me to access my office computer from home?
ISL is a Cloud hosted solution, so you only need a browser and internet connection to access.

How do I get started?
1. Sign up for your free 90 day license
Complete the form to sign up and we’ll create an ISL Online
account for you. Once created we’ll send you through your
username and temporary password to access your account.
2. Activate your account
You will also receive a email asking you to verify your account. Click on the link in the email to login to your account and activate it.
3. Get your licenses
Once your account is activated, we will add your free licenses (this may take up to 24 hours after you activate your account).
4. Register your domain
Register your domain by renaming it to your company name or whatever suits, for example "bellridge".
5. Create User Accounts for your remote workers
Send us a csv list of your remote workers with their Full Name, Email and Username so we can import the accounts.
If you don’t have many users, you can create the user accounts manually by following the instructions here.
6. Deploy the Agent and set Unattended Access
To enable remote access to office computers within your organisation, you will need to install a remote access agent called ISL
AlwaysOn on those computers.
To install ISL AlwaysOn on a small number of computers, you can simply run the installer on each computer. During the installation
process you will manually configure each computer to be shared with the appropriate target user(s).
Instructions on setting Unattended Access can be found here.
You can add computers to Groups to delegate access to groups of computers.
If you need to deploy to a large number of computers, please contact us so we can prepare a customised link for an ISL AlwaysOn
executable (with a global access password and connection password) for mass deployment. We’ll also run a script to automatically pair
users with computers - just send us a csv with the computer name and target username.
