We endeavour to make sure you purchase the solution that’s right for you by making available free, fully-functional trial versions and comprehensive product info for most of our software solutions. We’re also just a phone call away if you need something clarified before you take the plunge. If however, you purchase a solution that you would like to return, you must supply us with this notification in writing within thirty (30) days of purchase, coupled with a copy of your invoice. You will also be required to deactivate and uninstall the product and confirm in writing that you are no longer using it.


Bellridge offers a 100% money back guarantee (excluding postage) on any Kanguru products returned within thirty (30) days of purchase. For the refund to be validated, the product must be returned in its original packaging, be in a re-sellable condition, and coupled with a copy of your invoice. Note that refunds or replacements will not be accepted for incorrect choice or change of mind.

Refunds or replacements will be accepted however for faulty products. All Kanguru products come with a warranty from our Supplier, Kanguru Solutions. These warranties are valid from date of purchase and vary from product to product. The warranty for a particular product can be found on Bellridge websites or by contacting us directly. These warranties do not apply if, in the judgment of Bellridge or Kanguru Solutions, product failure is due to damage from handling, accident, abuse, misuse, or if it has been used in a manner not conforming to the product’s instructions, has been modified in anyway, or the warranty labels have been removed. In these instances, a copy of your invoice must be supplied for the warranty to be validated.

When returning a product that has user generated content stored, please either delete or back up your information externally to ensure neither privacy breaches or data loss.

Shipping & Delivery Costs

There are no shipping costs associated with the purchase of ManageEngine or Zoho solutions. Activation of the product will be processed electronically within two working days of full payment being received. As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring delivery information is correct at the time of check out.


All orders are delivered via Australia Post and/or courier service as determined by Bellridge . Shipping costs are determined before checkout using Australia Post/courier standard shipping charges. Goods in stock will be dispatched within two working days of full payment being received. If a customer purchases a product that is not in stock, they will be notified within 24 hours of the purchase being made with an estimated delivery time. Products that are not in stock may take up to two weeks to be dispatched as goods are procured from the United States of America. If you wish to cancel a back order, you must supply us with this cancellation in writing. As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring delivery information is correct at the time of check out. In the event that the delivery information is not correct and your purchase is undeliverable, Bellridge may impose additional charges to cover the costs of re-shipment.

These conditions apply only to products and services sold on Delivery times and postage costs may vary for Kanguru products obtained through a formal procurement process.

Recourse for Non-Receipt of Goods


Bellridge delivers all its products via Australia Post and/or courier service. It takes no responsibility for any damage caused to the product in the process of delivery or failure of the product to be received once it has left our premises. In the event that a product is damaged or not received, customers should seek recourse directly with Australia Post/courier provider

Bellridge is committed to protecting the privacy of personal and company information. We will collect your information directly from you and do not disclose that information to any other third party except with our Supplier where it is needed to process an order, or our Merchant service where it is needed to process a payment. We will also take reasonable steps to protect the personal information that we hold from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. 

Bellridge will only collect information that is necessary for the purpose of fulfilling one of our activities, including

  • Processing purchase orders
  • Processing authorised payments
  • Maintaining customer profile information
  • Providing information on products and services available to customers
  • Assisting customers to maximise the benefit of our products and services

If you are a prospective customer who has contacted us or our Supplier, we may also use your personal information to provide you with information about Bellridge and our products and services. You can let us know at any time if you no longer wish to be contacted for this purpose.

Bellridge is bound by the Privacy Act to comply with the National Privacy Principles that regulate the manner in which personal information is handled throughout its life cycle.

Whilst Bellridge strives to maintain optimal site integrity; we will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from the unavailability of our site or services. This includes but is not limited to, any failure or delay in the receipt of orders placed from the site, regardless of whether or not it was caused by a Bellridge system or the internet in general.  

In using the site, you agree not to use, copy, republish, modify, lease, sell, distribute or license any intellectual property on this site except for the purpose of viewing on screen or printing for internal use. You also agree not to use any data mining, robots, or other data extraction methods in connection with our system.
